Olfato is Spanish for a pet’s sense of smell. It sniffs out what matters in a long chart and writes a short brief at the top: what is active, what changed, what to watch.

What is included in each plan?
The whole workspace. Starter, Business and Clinic have the same modules; they differ in how many locations and people they cover. Extra locations and users are add-ons with their price on the plan card.
How does the trial work?
Choose a plan and add a card to start 14 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel any time.
Do my clients have to pay or install anything?
No. You keep your own client and pet records and can work without the family ever signing up. Families who want a home for their pet start free, and they link to your workspace when they approve it.
How do reminders reach my clients?
By email with action links, inside the family’s PawMiaw home, and by WhatsApp: PawMiaw writes the message and opens WhatsApp so it goes out from your own number.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
Veterinary clinics and hospitals, groomers, walkers, sitters, trainers, daycare, boarding and pet pharmacies. One workspace can offer several of these at once.
What is Olfato AI, and do I have to use it?
It is an AI brief at the top of a pet’s chart, in beta. It is off by default: a workspace turns it on after reading what is sent and to whom, and can turn it off again in Settings. Families never see it.
We have more than ten locations. Can we still use it?
Yes. Past ten locations or a hundred users is an Enterprise plan; use the contact option on the plan cards and we will work it out with you.
